Late Delivery

If an order is not delivered within the stipulated timeframe, a compensation coupon will be issued to the customer as a gesture of goodwill. For Special Express Delivery orders, only the standard delivery charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.

Complaints

All complaints or notifications concerning damaged products must be submitted to our customer support team through the official communication channels provided on our website.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any damaged product is returned within the timeframe specified by our customer support team, following the provided instructions.

Damaged Products

Our return or exchange policy is valid for three (3) working days from the date of delivery. This policy applies strictly to instances where a defective, incorrect, or damaged product has been delivered. Products that have been damaged due to customer mishandling, negligence, or improper use will not be eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Delivery Rescheduling

If an order is missing, damaged, or requires rescheduling due to an issue, the customer will be responsible for covering the delivery charges for any reattempted delivery.

Company Rights

The Gift Crafted reserves the right to decline any request for refunds, returns, or exchanges if the reported damage is not supported by sufficient evidence or if the complaint is lodged beyond the specified timeframe.

Note: This policy applies to standard, non-customized products. Customized and edible products are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
